5. Delivery Issues and Responsibility

Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Items: Haya Fit is responsible for delivering the package to the courier service. The risk of loss is transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
